These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bellsy mobile application ("App") operated by Nats LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Bellsy, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Bellsy. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Bellsy helps you track expiry dates for items such as food, medicine, documents, and warranties. The app provides AI-powered photo scanning, push notifications, and organizational tools.
Bellsy is an organizational tool, not professional advice. Do not rely solely on Bellsy for safety-critical decisions regarding food safety, medication schedules, or legal document deadlines. Always verify expiry dates directly on the product or document.
The AI photo scanning feature attempts to read product labels and extract names and expiry dates. This feature is provided "as is" and may produce inaccurate results. Always verify AI-extracted information before relying on it.
Bellsy offers free and paid (Pro) tiers. Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing:
The free tier includes up to 50 items and 3 AI scans per day. Non-personalized ads are displayed to free-tier users. These limits may change; we will notify users of significant changes.
You agree not to:
Bellsy and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Nats LLC. You retain ownership of the content you create (items, photos, notes).
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the app. Account deletion permanently removes all your data, including items, photos, and personal information. This action cannot be undone.
Bellsy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI scanning results will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nats LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of Bellsy, including but not limited to losses from expired items, missed deadlines, or inaccurate AI readings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Bellsy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Nats LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
