Nats LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Bellsy mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you use social sign-in (Google or Apple), the name and email associated with that account.
Item data. Items you add to Bellsy (names, expiry dates, categories, notes, storage locations) are stored in our database to provide the service.
Photos. If you use the AI scan feature, your photos are uploaded to our servers for processing. Photos are stored securely and associated with your account. You can delete them at any time by removing the item.
Usage data. We collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the app, including feature usage frequency and crash reports. We do not track your browsing activity outside the app.
We use the following third-party services:
Your data is stored on Supabase's infrastructure with row-level security enabled. Photos are stored in a private storage bucket accessible only to your account. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Deleted items are kept for 30 days (in the trash) before permanent removal. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted.
Bellsy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
Free-tier users see non-personalized ads served by Google AdMob. We do not share personal data with advertisers. Pro subscribers see no ads.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
