Delete Your Account

Permanently remove your Bellsy account and all associated data.

From the App

Open Bellsy and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm before your account is permanently deleted.

Via Email

If you can no longer access the app, send an email to support@bellsy.app from the email address associated with your account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 2 business days.

What Gets Deleted

Your account and login credentials
All tracked items and their expiry data
Photos attached to items
Contacts and sharing data
Notification preferences and settings

What We Cannot Delete

Subscription billing — managed by Apple or Google. Cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings or Google Play settings before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
Anonymized analytics — aggregated, non-identifiable usage data may be retained.

This action is permanent

Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Make sure to cancel any active subscriptions first.
